Returns Policy

All returns or exchanges should be cleared with us first and no returns will be accepted without an RMA number. MAG-ic Probe products have a 1 year warranty and we will gladly work with you to correct any issue that is a direct result of workmanship or design.

We reserve the right to attempt to correct the item and return it to you without refund. Should we not be able to correct the item we will offer a replacement of refund  depending on circumstances.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Note that shipping is via USPS Priority mail OR USPS First Class Mail and shipping is calculated automatically when checking out. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING VIA FIRST CLASS MAIL IS CHEAPER BUT WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE LONG DELIVERY TIMES TO EUROPE. IT HAS TAKEN IN EXCESS OF 3 WEEKS AT TIMES FOR DELIVERY. PRIORITY MAIL IS ABOUT 10 DAYS.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
